I am taking part in the 'half, full, double'......this is the Liverpool half marathon, Liverpool full marathon and the Tour of Merseyside (6 races in 7 days totalling 52 miles....a double marathon!!!!).

I am raising money for Renal cancer through the James Whale Fund, a charity specifically raising money for kidney cancer. As many of you will know, my Mum has made a successful recovery from kidney cancer and I would like to raise money so that many more can do the same.

I'm retiring from running after this (I promise!!!!).........
