As many of you are aware my Dad and I decided at the start of the year to sign up for the Great North run. We had never ran before and to be honest weren't completely sure we could!! We have been training in pouring rain and hail as well as hot sun, round the streets of Gateshead and London parks and are feeling fairly confident, but we need your help.
