Story
Earlier in the year I was diagnosed with not operable and not curable non small cell lung cancer and given without treatment one year to live. After further consultations, I started chemo and immunotherapy which gave me hope that my life may be extended. My motto now is I can live with cancer but I am not living waiting to die from it. I am now undergoing life long treatment and I found my safe haven at Wessex Cancer Trust.
I've chosen this charity because I believe they actually care about us as cancer warriors and this is my way of saying thank you for all the support they have given me.
Below is a brief summary of the tremendous facilities that the Wessex Cancer Trust offer:
Wessex Cancer Trust believe that there should be help and support available to everyone living with cancer, when and where they need it.Community is at the heart of Wessex Cancer Trust we put services in local communities so people affected by cancer have somewhere to go at a time when they most need support.A diagnosis can have a huge impact on the entire family.
