Hi everyone! On the 16 Feb I’m taking part in a team channel swim with other members of my university hockey club to help raise money for the charity ‘epliepsy bereaved’ in memory of a close friend, Emily who sadly passed away, aged 19, at the end of last term.

Epilepsy Bereaved is a voluntary organisation which is working to prevent unnecessary deaths from SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy) and other epilepsy deaths. It is also there to help and support families and friends who have suffered from bereavement in this way.

My teammates and I will be swimming 3 miles each in our university swimming pool. With my current level of fitness it is gonna be quite a challenge and I’d really appreciate your (financial) support! Thank you so much! xxxxxxx
