Everybody.

 

As a serving member of Her Majesty's Army I have a good knowledge of what makes a soldier tick and what stresses they may face. I also see what problems a lot of them may face on leaving the military.

Veteran's Aid is a fantastic charity which looks after those from the military who have fallen on hard times or struggled to adjust to the civilian life.
