Ive finally taken the plunge and decided to run the London Marathon. Its the first time i've done something like this and im starting to realise the magnitude of the challenge i've taken on...!

I would really appreciate any sponsorship, to make the months of hard, serious and not to forget cold/snowy training worthwhile, and provide Outward Bound Trust with the money to continue thier worthwhile causes.
