I will be running free online yoga every Wednesday evening in February between 6.30-7.30pm and if you attend, all I ask is that you make a donation. 

Cancerwise was a massive help to me personally a few years ago.  They provide complementary therapies, counselling, regular group meetings and living well courses for cancer patients, their adult family and carers in West Sussex and South East Hampshire. CancerWise provide information, emotional support and practical lifestyle advice , supporting patients through diagnosis, treatment and beyond. CancerWise is not funded by government and rely on donations and fundraising to keep our doors open and services accessible, with our fundraising team constantly working to obtain funds.
