I am doing the Great London 1 Mile swim in the Thames on May 26th 2012.http://www.greatswim.org/Events/British-Gas-Great-London-Swim/Default.aspx in aid of the NASS charity which is close to one of my friends as she suffers from this illness.

I wanted to give myself a bit of a challenge whilst helping out a worthy cause. So please support me and give generously and if you live in London come and shout me along in May. It will be worth it just to see me squeezed into a wetsuit.
