I have always struggled with my weight, I lack motivation and love food!! But I also love the animals at Foal Farm and as Animal Welfare Manager there, I will pretty much do anything to help raise funds so that we can keep saving lives and giving as many animals as we can, hope for the future. So I decided to combine my love of Foal with my need to lose weight!! 

I will be going live on Foal Farm Facebook each week to be weighed!!! That means I will even be announcing my weight, something , most of us don't want to do. The aim is to lose 10kg during the month of July. 

To add to this and help with the weight loss, I also have the challenge of walking 465,000 steps in the month of July, this too will also be shared on the Facebook page.
