Shaving our heads for Alzheimers Support!

Fundraising for Alzheimer's Support
I, Alex Howard, and my Aunts boyfriend, Charley Giaimo, will be shaving our heads for Alzheimers Support, in memory of my Grandpa - Bill Furssedonn.
My Pa passed away in July 2013 of Alzheimers, and from his diagnosis to his death, I felt my Grandma and our family were not given the support that was needed to help him through his time. I also feel more money should be given to helping the carers cope, as they are usually tasked with seeing someone they love very dearly change with little to no explanation of what is actually going on. This leads me to my final point, there needs to be more research into dementia and alzheimers, and although it cannot be stopped entirely there should be more research into drugs which slow down the process, allowing those with the disorder to live their lives as comfortably as possible.
Most people know or know of someone who has encountered Alzheimers, so if you could donate even £1, that would make all the difference.
