This page was originally set up for the It's a Knockout competition' that we entered earlier in the year and we raised £976 which was amazing.

Despite this large sum we still want to do more and although sadly Ross didn't make it there are lots more children and adults that need our help.

This is why a few of us have entered the Tiptree 10 race on the 9th October. Having originally thought it was only 10k I only realised after I entered that it's actually 10 miles. Training has been going really well but I am clearly not a 'natural runner' (think Phoebe in the sitcom Friends) so all your donations are going to help me along the way.

We are doing this for one reason and that is to raise money for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. Around 30,000 people are diagnosed with a blood cancer in the UK every year.  More people under the age of 40 die from blood cancer than any other cancer. Every 20 minutes someone is diagnosed with a blood cancer in the UK.
