Yes you have read correctly..no fainting..I AM going to do a 6.5 mile walk at 5am (yes 5am...not sure ive seen that time for a while) on October 11th when it will be cold and dark!!

Its for a great cause - Thames Hospice!

Everyone that knows me knows im dont DO exercise so this is all the more reason to sponser me to do The Sunrise Walk for Thames Hospice and raise some money AND make me wear my trainers!!!
