I'm running the Brighton Marathon this year for Northampton and District MIND who work really hard to support good mental health and to make sure that anyone with a mental health problem, their friends or their families have somewhere to turn to for advice and support. They are a not for profit organisation and any small contribution that you felt able to make would go directly into sustaining their vital services.

This will be my fifth (and very possibly final) Marathon: I'm looking forward to giving my body a well deserved rest after Brighton!. But my training has been going well and I'm going to give it a good go to get closer to my elusive goal of running a 3hr30minute Marathon - hopefully not fading as ever at mile 22 and beating my current best of 3hrs34minutes at Chester last year.
