This page has been set up as me along with my family are competing in a 5K in Heaton Park, North Manchester in memory of my aunty Sophie who sadly passed away aged 33 in March 2017. Since July 2016 I have taken up running competitively after completing the Lymm Festival Trail Race with Sophie and her husband Mike. Sophie was a keen runner and had been running for many years acquiring more medals than I can count. We have decided to do this run because Sophie loved running and even raced, with me, the week before her wedding whilst undergoing chemotherapy. So please donate to show your support for beating this terrible disease.
