Hi everybody! 

Thanks for checking out my page - this is my 2nd year participating in the Spartan Race Trifecta, with an extra race thrown in for good measure (have to beat last year) hence the +1 in the title! 

This year i'll be running all 4 races for GOSH, a great charity doing amazing things. I will be raising money until the end of the Spartan Race season with the final race on the 27th September.
