In true Alex Duggan style I'm planning ahead..next weekend as the sun beats down some of you may know, I'll be idling around the streets of London in the British 10km race. Mick, Mike and I have been doing this for the past decade or so, steadily increasing our times nicely, however this year Mick is unable to run because he is recovering from a successful fight with cancer.

So, this year we're trying to riase as much money as possible for Cancer Research which has supported Mick and many others along the way. With less than a week to go, please be generous and help the research continue so others can have as positive an outcome as Mick !
