I don't want to list the names of friends and family who have been touched somehow by cancer, because that would be pretty much everyone I (and you) know, which is why I am doing this 10 mile race.

I hope to run in next year's London marathon too, so please support me in my first proper attempt at running: I must say, it's not a pretty sight, but i'm actually enjoying the training!
