Camp Mowhawk is a very special place for myself and my family. Families with children with additional needs can feel very isolated. Having a day out with the family isn't as simple as it should be, and being able to safely navigate many environments is simply impossible. This is where Camp Mowhawk is a lifeline for so many in the local area. 

My lovely Dad, Andy Rzysko, has had the phenomenal idea that to raise money for this amazing place, he would like to dye his hair blue! Yes - you heard this correctly. He is not just going for the oldie blue rinse. I'm going to ensure he is bright blue!

Camp Mohawk provides a range of activities, facilities and natural space to encourage children with a variety of special needs to play, socialise and learn in a secure and caring environment. It provides a ‘safe haven’ with both indoor and outdoor facilities where children and young people with special needs and their families can come to relax, play, develop social skills and build their self-confidence in a positive and uplifting environment that accepts and welcomes them all.
