Hi Ya 

In brief I shall be swimming 3 km in the sea in aid of a Little Haven's Childrens Hospice.

I have not done anything like it before. Whilst working at Southend I visted the Hospice and heard about the swim and thought I should try and raise some cash.

I shall be wearing just my speedo's, a hat and some goggles, it is only fair that I suffer!

Please give generously and I shall endeavour to get in touch to say thank you properly and share the highlights of the day.
