<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Well it seemed like a good idea at the time, so along with a group of collegues I decided to take part in the London to Paris bike ride in aid of Shelter from 24th-27th June 2011.</p> <p>This I have discovered is no mean feat but a arduous 200 mile cycle journey over hilly terrain in summer temperatures and all to be done in just 3 days.</p> <p>Considering I have not ridden seriously for a few years the hard work starts now, with training rides starting now in temperatures which just about above freezing over the next numerous weekends and weekdays from now until June.</p> <p>Plus there is just the small matter of raising the minimum &pound;1200...</p> <p>So please dig deep and donate now.</p>
