Acorns Children's Hospice provide care, support, fun and laughter for over 700 local children and more than 900 family members, including those who are bereaved. Care is given within our three hospices in Birmingham, the Black Country and the Three Counties, as well as in the family home and community.Acorns relies on the community to fund the majority of its services.

We as a family spent Poppy's last days of her life in Acorns Childrens Hospice in Selly oak, it was like a home from home, the staff where truly amazing at taking care of all of us so we could fully focus on Poppy. We had memory making done so we would have keepsakes of Poppy to treasure, we got to take her in the hydro pool which was amazing and take lots of photos, they even had a photo they had taken of Poppy printed onto a canvas as a gift. And when it came time for Poppy to pass they where right there to support us and that support continued in the days after she passed and will always be there for us. We can not thank them enough for all they have done for Poppy and us as a family but what we can do is raise money for this wonderful charity in memory of our precious Poppy.
