Story

Hello,

By now you will be aware that Ray Hogg from Milngavie and I are going to walk the 96 miles of the West Highland way in 6 days starting on Sunday 5th Sept. We are both 50 this year and over one or two beers too many, it seemed like a good idea at the time

We both want to try and raise some money during this epic adventure (or misadventure, whichever is most appropriate). For my part I have chosen Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke. Given that it is nearly 6 years now since my own heart attack, this is a cause that is near to my own heart---- literally.

As we proceed we will continue to update the site with our progress or lack of it.

regards

Alan
