Flat Mountain Challenge

Fundraising for Birmingham Crisis Centre
£200
raised of £500 target
Flat Mountain Challenge , 5 May 2020

Story

Starting this weekend and throughout May,  all the members of our team at HSBC  will individually run or walk the equivalent distance of the height of the tallest mountains on 4 continents.  Asia, Americas, Europe and Africa.

Birmingham Crisis centre is a fantastic local charity supporting females and their families who have suffered mental and physical abuse.

All the funds raised will help provide security, comfort, advice and counselling for those that need it most. During a recent twelve month period 135 families stayed at the Centre, spending an average of three to four months there.

It's a critical local charity, so please dig deep to support the amazing work that this charity does everyday.

About the charity

We provide accommodation and a safe haven for victims of domestic violence. The vulnerable women arriving at the Centre come from all walks of life and those seeking refuge often arrive with nothing but the clothes they stand in. Our aim is to help restore confidence and give hope for the future
