I am taking part in the British Heart Foundation Richmond 10k on the 9th of September 2023, in memory of my Grandad Alan White. My Grandad was sadly taken from us in November 2021, after suffering with the heart condition dilated cardiomyopathy, leaving an enormous hole in mine and my families lives. 

My friend Rachel and I will be doing this run together and we have been training over the last couple of months in preparation. This has been a real challenge for me as I have never particularly liked running, but I have surprised myself in how much my strength and stamina has improved, and how much I now enjoy running! 

Any donations would truly be appreciated and I hope that we can raise as much money for the British Heart Foundation, to support others and their loved ones ❤️
