Starting on Monday 23rd we are doing the Great SUNC Sweat Off!! From Monday to Saturday we have 5 challenges to complete as a club and try to raise as much money as possible.  The challenges are:

Walk : 100 miles.

Swim : 12 miles.

Row : 41 miles.

Cycle : 43 miles.

Climb : 2909 steps.

This is a charity that supports deaf children and young people to help them get the most out of life.  There are over 45,000 deaf children in the UK, and without the right support they are vulnerable to isolation, abuse, bullying, poor self-esteem and low levels of achievement.
