Sunday marks the fourth anniversary of the day my Grandma was taken from us. Not a day goes by that I don't think of her and wish she were here to enjoy family, a glass of gin and tonic and a good dance! My quest in life is to live by her rules: live like its heaven on earth!

But taking part in Cancer Research UK's Race for Life is also about all the people I know who have been effected by this awful disease.  I am doing this for my friends and family who have lost the battle or continue to fight!
