I am running the Brtish 10K on 10th July to raise money for the Anthony Nolan Trust which created the first bone marrow bank and continues to match donors and fund research.

And my lovely daughter Catherine has just signed up to run this race with me - or at least start it with me - she is a lot more speedy :)

This is a challenge for me as I can currently just about manage 5K and I have less than 6 weeks to get up to 10 - so will be dragging  my sorry carcass around Tooting Common a bit more frequently over the next few weeks.
