Story
In November this year I have volunteered to partake in a Building Blitz with a charity that builds quality social housing to replace the shacks in the townships of South Africa. This years building programme is in the township of Masiphumelele which is about 25 miles outside of Cape Town. It is the tenth anniversary of the Niall Mellon Township Trust blitz in South Africa. As a first year volunteer, I am obliged to raise £4,500. Of this, £1,500 is to cover my flight and accommodation and £3,000 is for materials to build the houses. Whilst I am willing to give up my time and fund the cost of my flight and accommodation, I am looking for sponsors to help raise the £3,000 needed for materials. I would be very grateful if you could make any donation to this worthwhile cause. Thanking you in anticipation.
