Me and good friend Max Harvey are running the Wilmslow half marathon to raise money for the David Lewis Centre charity, in memory of my sister Laurel, who sadly passed away in 2005 from SUDEP -  (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy).
The David Lewis Centre is a registered charity providing a range of services for both children and adults with complex epilepsy typically combined with severe to profound learning difficulties and other physical complications. The Centre is the largest UK provider for the many services required for managing these conditions.

Maybe this will be the first of many adventures for me and Max - it just depends on how well he keeps up!
