Dear Friends!

In August last year, my dear friend Isabella lost her fight against cancer. A young, beautiful, wonderful person. Someone who loved life and loved people.

She was always looking to the future with hope, even when she was very ill. But her hopes were defeated by this terrible disease. She left this world and the people she loved so much far too early and I would like to dedicate my bike ride from Łeba to Krakow to her and her wonderful attitude to life.

The route passes through places that were close to both our hearts. It will be a sentimental journey and also a challenging one. By facing it I want to support Cancer Research UK Kids & Teens a charity that raises money for research into cancer affecting children and young adults. Children are the most vulnerable as they are utterly dependent on our help.

I believe that supporting this charity that cares for young lives, would make Isabelle very happy. She was always there with a helping hand.
