As I have given to you all over the years in the form of Humourous emails, I'm now asking that you repay the mirth by supporting me with this challenge!

Having not done anything overly challenging since Kilimanjaro this seemd like a good idea and a good way to celebrate my birthday (It's the same date FYI!) - Only instead of blowing candles out I suspect I will be blowing my feet out!

I'm just hoping that additional weight doesn't make it burn more!
