Story
Over the last 4 years we have raised money in Helen's name for Teesside Hospice (and other charities). Between our family and friends we have played football matches, walked a marathon, ran the Great North Run and taken part in the Teesside Hospice Colour Run & Bubble Run events.
This year, due to COVID, we are all going to undertake our own individual challenges during the month of May in our own locations. A massive thank you to everyone who has agreed to take part and commit their time and energy to raise money. In the team we have an age range from 14 to 82 years old and are spread across the UK, Switzerland, Italy and Canada!
We hope that you will please donate to Teesside Hospice in support of our efforts to help them continue to give amazing care to people who need it (we are forever grateful for the care they gave Helen and the support they gave to our whole family). Teesside Hospice relies on donations to deliver their service and this has been made difficult due to COVID.
Here are the challenges we are each undertaking during the month, and we will provide updates on progress through the month:
Tony, Kate and Jack: 1,000km of walking, running and cycling over the month
Catherine: 5km run each day
Adrian, Berni, Alice & James: 1 Million steps (walking/running) over the month
