For those of you that don't remember last year Kat H and I ran a 5k race in aid of a cancer charity and taped you up for a load of cash... Our reason and motivation for this was our incredible and very dear friend Kat Mac. 

This time last year Kat Mac was undergoing chemo-therapy for Hodgkin Lymphoma. The diagnosis was a shock for all us but Kat was the most bravest and brilliant person during this time and thankfully a year on has the all clear.

She continues to be an inspiration to us all and has asked me to join her on a 52-mile bike ride to raise money for Leukemia and Lymphoma Research. And to be frank about it - without these guys I could be writing a very different story.

You've had a year since we tapped you up last - so lets celebrate this amazing good news story to ensure other families can tell the same tale.
