I lost my wonderful dad in May after he fell down a flight of stairs, landed on his head and never regained consciousness. 

It was very traumatic seeing him on a ventalater and haemorrhaging before my eyes but the staff at Southmead ICU where faultless and went above and beyond in the level of care for not just my dad but me as well.
