This year I am running in aid of Dorothy House, a hospice based in Bath.  Sadly last year, Gail the Landlady of the Picadilly Ale House on the corner of my street, passed away. She spent her final days at Dorothy House and her partner Wayne said the staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating, including letting her dog Ebony stay.  They were able to make her last few days as comfortable as possible and pass away with dignity and in peace.

With this in mind, I decided they are a very worthwhile charity and am honoured to be running in memory of Gail and hopefully raising some money for their cause.
