Thank you so much for having a look at my JustGiving page - and thanks (in advance) all the more for donating loads of money!

Most of you know that I prefer to commute by bike but most of you won't know that I haven't done so regularly in absolutely ages. I've only been cycling to work about once a week for half the weeks. With that in mind, you should know that this is gonna HURT!!!

So dig deep and sponsor me to ride 100 miles for Age UK. We're all going to get older, that's Mother Nature's way. So invest in your future and help Age UK make life better for older people.
