As many of you know, I have decided to run the 2013 London Marathon.  Crazy, Stupid, Too fat, all things you're probably saying!

But I am running to raise funds for a charity that is close to my heart because of the wonderful support and care the Princess Alice Hospital gave to Sammy, a very close friend of my girlfriend Hayley, in her battle against cancer.  Sadly, Sammy did not win the battle and passed away a little over a year ago. 

An amazing group of Sammy's friends and family have since raised over £70,000 in her memory, through a whole host of brilliant events, for Help the Hospices and for the Princess Alice Hospice.  I cant wait to do my bit, and add to the tally help one of those great charities, Help the Hospices, which supports the Princess Alice Hospice along with thousands of other hospices around the UK.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could dig deep and help me on towards my target!
