Jenny convinced me that I should do something challenging before I am 30, and here it is! I've always thought of myself as a bit of a runner, and this is my chance to prove it.

I have chosen to raise money for the Epilepsy Society in support of a close family member. They work hard to support the lives of people with epilepsy and conduct important research into how people can better understand their condition and manage it well. £500 can help the Epilepsy Society to recruit and train 5 volunteers to work in the community. Please dig deep to support such a fantastic charity and help me to reach my target, or even exceed it!

Those who know me understand that it will be a great achievement to make it to the end, unscathed and with a huge smile on my face! Come on down to Brighton if you are about, and I will be ready to break my 3 month alcohol amnesty at the end of it!
