Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions.
We live day by day ,week by week and year by year taking life for granted, never thinking that something so heart breaking will ever happen to us.
Last year I lost not only my identical twin brother Ben but my closest friend to a so far undiagnosed cardiac condition which has changed mine and my families life forever.
Ben lived life to the full always on his bike and always on the go. I'm riding in ride London this year to celebrate his love for The sport, I will even be riding on bens first ever racer. I'm riding to promote cry and to raise awareness for something that even I was unaware at how many people this undiagnosed condition affects on a weekly basis.
I myself have been undergoing screening and tests that cry offer to promote and protect the cardiac health of the young by working with cardiologists and doctors over the uk. By supporting cry it will help save young lives from potentially fatal cardiac conditions
