Rethink really needs your help to support their vital work with people with Mental Health Issues, supporting, campaigning and fighting for equality. I have suffered with mental health issues ofr over ten years now, and through my association with them, i am more confident, outgoing, and able to do more. 1 in 4 suffer with a mental health issue, and society is changing, for the better in its acceptance of us. however, there is still much to do. Please pledge just £5 and watch me fall out of a plane! remember, not only do you get a good laugh, but you do good in the process, Now, doesnt that make you feel all warm and fuzzy?
