Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After opting out (bottling) nurmerous half marathrons in the past I have finally decided to take the plunge and enter the Royal Parks half in London. Running with 33 other Rentokil Initial employees. 

As it is my 1st half marathron preperation is key so you'll be glad to here I completed my first run over 6miles last week. Less than 2 weeks to go now so I'm sure I'll be fine......

As a carrot please sponsor me as this is seriously going to hurt as I do not want to walk. I will of course make sure I finish but an incentive which is for a really good charity always helps :-)
