I am going to complete the HellRunner Up North challenge on the 2nd of November 2013 for my chosen Charity of Cancer Research UK.  I have chosen them as it is for a cause very close to my heart and they have helped out alot of people that i know!

The Brooks HellRunner is over multi-terrain and varying underfoot conditions. There will be everything from running tracks and trails to water-filled areas and plenty of steep hills, so it should be a tough but worth while challenge.

So i guess this is my way of giving back to a wonderful cause, So please dig deep and donate now.
