Hello all,

   It would appear that contrary to my better judgement i am taking part in a Dragon Boat racing event in aid of the British Heart Foundation on 18th July 2010.

I need to raise £50 to secure a place on the boat, so dig deep, it's for a good cause.

Those of you that know me well, know that i get seasick on a Pedalo, so this is going to be a fun experience for me!!
