Action for Kids is a great charity supporting disabled kids and young people. I have met some of the children that they work with and the difference the charity makes is outstanding.

Therefore, to raise funds for them, on the 16th May, I have decided to abseil down the Orbit Tower at the Olympic Park, although looking at the photo, it looks more like I will be dangling in style.

Please can I ask for your support and sponsorship, even if most of you will be hoping that the rope snaps........
