Hello everyone,

I'm running the Chippenham Half Marathon on the 11th of September.  I've never run this distance before, but I did win the St John's Egg and Spoon race in 1994, so I'm pretty confident I can better the world record, which currently stands at 58 minutes. This was acheived by Zersenay Tadesse of Eriteria. He's unlikely to have had access to the same top class facilities that I've enjoyed, so I'm hopeful of recording a time of 26 minutes.

Onto more serious business. I'm raising money for the Harrow MS Therapy Centre. The centre is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with MS.  It costs £180,000 every year to run the centre, which receives no statutory funding.  Any money you donate will be greatly appreciated and help the centre acheive its vision of helping more people with MS to live to their full potential.
