My aim is to run the HSBC 10K in Cardiff on the 12th September 2010. I am training to beat my target time of 1 hour.

I am running this race to raise money for Cancer Research Wales. I have recently lost my Grandad to cancer and this has made me want to raise money for a charity that is funding cancer research here in Wales. 

As I train for the run I could do with some motivation, so please donate generously!
