Steps is the leading charity working for all those whose lives are affected by childhood lower limb conditions. Everything we do is about valuing and supporting individuals, families and carers affected by conditions which have an impact on the legs, hips or feet.

Story

Oi Oi!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As most of you know, I hate running. I am not built for it and have a strange running style, particularly when tired. I like to think I am built for short distances. At medium pace!

Despite this, I was persuaded to sign up for the Great North Run.

I instantly regretted this decision when embarking upon my gruelling training regime. I have found it hard going from day one and fully expect to be a sweaty mess when I crawl over the finish line. It would be great if you could recognise my efforts by contributing a little towards the charity I am running for, STEPS.

STEPS is a small national charity that support children and adults that are affected by hip dysplasia, clubfoot and other lower limb deficiencies. The money raised will enable the charity to help more families and improve the quality of care for anyone affected by these conditions.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thanks everyone.

Sincerely
