Story
This year, in aid of the amazing charity

Here I am again running another 13.2 miles for this great charity. This time I'm going up to London to do the park run around London. I've been asked to raise £400 for this amazing charity that makes kids dreams come true. I'm looking for any donation. It doesn't matter how small. Thanks in advance.
Alfie’s Wish is a registered charity (1191020) supporting children with cancer and their families by funding days out to help make special memories.

‘After losing Alfie it’s been tough, really tough. We know we can’t bring Alfie back, but over the years we have seen what a positive impact Alfie and his story has had on others. It is this impact that has inspired us to set up ‘Alfie’s Wish’ (registered charity 1191020) to continue his incredible legacy and help other children fighting cancer in the UK.
Following Alfie's diagnosis in 2015 we knew we had to make the most of every single day together as a family as we didnt know what the future held for our little hero. We made so many memories over the 5 years going to incredible places which was thanks to our amazing family, friends and also different charities. Having these memories to look back on will always help us smile even when we feel sad and this is why we want to give other families (like us) memories they can smile about too.
Alfie fought so hard right from the beginning. Despite the odds he showed the world how to be brave, strong and live life to the full. He had a huge impact on others and inspired many people.
Sadly, Alfie passed away on 2nd January 2020. We miss him so much but know he is with us everyday.’
