Thanks for visiting my JustGiving Page!  I have been training hard this year having fallen into running at work. After a few drinks it was decided that a group of us would do the Cardiff Half to honor our university days. So I had signed up to the Cardiff Half on the 4th October . Training was going well and i was really looking forward to the event. Then it was decided by some of my work colleagues that a half was not enough so now  I’m running the Bristol to Bath Marathon 2015 as well on the 25th of October 2015. Undertaking these 2 events in the same month was not a smooth mover. This now means i suffer most weekends with a brutally long run followed by basically not being able to walk for the remainder of the weekend. As luck would have it many of my friends are getting married this year so these runs have mostly been combined with a great many fantastic weddings, a few too many lemonades and far too much dancing! During the following week my body pain and exhaustion improves until the same combination of events occur the following weekend. I am probably in both the best and worst shape of my entire life.

To say I have a competitive side is probably an understatement. This has driven me to push for the best times I can. So here's the plan:

Cardiff Half - Less than 1 hour 35

Bristol to Bath Marathon - Less than 3 hours 30

The gauntlet has been set and I will leave nothing on either race, I can certainly guarantee that.
