From September 2013 I will be travelling to Osaka in Japan to do volunteer work at a care home for the mentally disabled. Here I will be caring for, and organising events and activities for the homes inhabitants. I will be volunteering there five days a week with a prompt 8am start in order to make their days as eventful as possible! In order to do this, I will need to raise just under £4000.

It will be a brilliant experience for myself and I hope to benefit those who are around me too. I am trying to think of unique ways in order to raise this money. These activities will include, mens leg waxing, a non-school uniform day, a cake sale, raffles,  a film night in the village, and whatever other activities I discover. (I'm open to ideas as well). If there are any photos or videos throughout my endeavors I will be sure to share them with you. 

Any kind donation will be greatly appreciated as they form stepping stones which take me closer to those people who are in need, and for them to have myself as a considerate and enthusiastic carer.
